The goal of our site is for you to find just what you are looking for in the least amount of clicks.  We make every attempt to have IN STOCK every item you find on our site.  Additional answers to your questions are below.

Note: Due to Minimum Advertised Pricing policies (MAP) imposed by some manufacturers, we can't always publish or e-mail our low internet prices. For these items, the shopping cart cannot be used to order product.

Using the Shopping Cart

If the price is available for the item(s) you are interested in, simply add them to your secure shopping cart. You will be shown immediately the status of your cart. Our site uses SSL to ensure you the highest level of security available on the web. It is virtually impossible for anyone to view your credit card number in transit. You can change the quantity of any item or clear your cart at any time, no commitment is made until you check out.
 

Shipping Information

Most orders are shipped within 24 business hours. Some items, such as select shoes, may take longer as we don't stock them on-site and must transfer them from our other warehouse. We do not ship to PO, APO or FPO boxes. If you place your order between late Friday and Sunday, your order will not be shipped until Monday or Tuesday, depending on order volume over the weekend. EXPECT ORDERS PLACED OVER THE WEEKEND AND SHIPPED NEXT DAY OR 2nd DAY TO ARRIVE MID-WEEK. We do not ship on the weekends.

Orders placed over the weekend and shipped USPS Priority and will likely arrive around Thursday for East Coast customers and between Friday and the following Monday for West Coast customers.

 

New Customers

At checkout, new customers will be asked to supply basic information needed to execute the order such as name, address, e-mail, card number, etc. We only get the minimum information needed to complete the transaction We do not sell your information to third parties nor do we ask for your favorite golfer or spouse's name. We know you are here to get what you need and get it quickly. 
 

Returning Customers

If you have purchased from us before, all you need to do is supply your e-mail address and password. Our system will fill out the rest of the order form for you from our database. If you forgot your password, simply click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link found on the customer account login page and we'll e-mail you a link to reset your password. If it's been awhile since your last purchase and you can't remember your old e-mail address or password, you will have to establish a new account.

Shipping Information

Return Process


To initiate a return, customers in the United States contact Tamaproshop.com (here) or return an item using their own shipping method. A charge of $8.99 will be deducted from all items returned for the cost of return shipping. A shipping label will be emailed to you. Due to the temporary reduction of in-office personnel, our returns department will be experiencing delays processing your refund. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to process. Privacy Pledge


We share your concerned about privacy and how the information you submit to Tampaproshop.com is used. When you supply us with personal information, we make a commitment to you that the information will be used for internal use only and no information will be sold, rented or loaned to any third party. This includes contact information like your name and e-mail address, financial information like your credit card number and demographic information such as your address.

The information that we gather from you is stored in our database on a secure server. When you place repeat orders from Tampaproshop.com, your personal information will be used to save you time by not having to ask for your name, address, phone, etc.

Tampaproshop.com may share additional personal and non-personal information with social media vendors, e.g. Facebook.

Tampaproshop.com occasionally sends special offers and discounts via email. You can sign up from any page via the webform in the footer. We do not "spam" anyone, but if your server does have anti-spam software, it may read it as such and block it. If you are on the list but don't seem to be getting our alerts, this may be the reason. Contact your email administrator for solutions. You may unsubscribe at anytime.
Security

They also remember who you are and what items you have in your shopping cart. When you return to Tampaproshop.com, you don't have to waste time re-entering information. This would not be possible without those cookies. They are a useful and valuable thing for both user and server.

If you get annoying pop-up messages stating that "the server wants to place a cookie...accept or reject?", this means that your browser's preferences are set to ask each time a cookie is sent. Set this box to "always accept cookies" if you are going to use Tampaproshop.com's secure shopping cart, you will not get those messages.

Pricing Policy


Tampaproshop.com does all it can to ensure that you are getting the absolute lowest price possible (all prices are in US Dollars). However, due to the MAP pricing policies (Minimum Advertisable Price) of certain manufacturers, some products cannot be sold for less than this manufacturer imposed level. If an "Authorized" dealer of one of these manufacturers sells below this price, they risk losing the account. Since we have some of the largest accounts with many manufacturers, we abide by their rules.

If you do find a lower price from a legitimate, Authorized Internet retailer on in-stock merchandise, we will match that dealer's price, as a courtesy. Just because a site sells certain product, that does not mean they are authorized by the manufacturer to sell that product. Tampaproshop.com is an Authorized Internet Retailer for all the manufacturers we represent. We reserve the right to refuse a price-match request at our own discretion in the event of an erroneous request or a situation in which the price-match is deemed too low to be viable for business.

Still, other manufacturers won't allow us to publish or e-mail our low internet prices. For these items, the shopping cart cannot be used to order product. Please email info@tampaproshop.com to order these items. We apologize for this inconvenience.




Special Orders


Although we try to stock as much merchandise in our warehouse as possible, there are times that you may not find just what you are looking for on our site. This does not mean that we don't have it or can't get it. If you don't see something on our site, please email us at info@tampaproshop.com. It's just not practical to carry every club in every loft and lie or every bag in every color available. If it exists, we can probably get it for you and will do our best to track it down at your request. NOTE: We do not charge extra for special orders. However, if a special order is returned or canceled before we can cancel it with the manufacturer, you will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee ($25 minimum). Other special orders may be subject to other fees/conditions.
