PRODUCT RETURNS

We guarantee 100% satisfaction in every way for 90 days from the date of purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, return it to us within 90 days and you will receive a replacement or refund.  We will provide the return shipping label once you have sent your return request to info@tampaproshop.com.  Returns of unused or unworn products with their original tags and packaging, are eligible for a full refund.  Please include a copy of your receipt and note the reason for your return and enclose the slip in the original shipping carton. Return may be void if product was damaged by customer.

 

Please allow up tp 7 business days for your return to be processed after it has been delivered to our facility.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Tampaproshop.com.

 

Original Shipping Charges

For standard returns and exchanges, original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be credited back to you.

Defective Products

To return defective products, please email info@tampaproshop.com to get in contact with a customer representative, and the terms of your return will be discussed. Include a copy of your original invoice which will help expedite your return. Explain the problem that you are having with the product, also include any pertinent information you feel you need to tell us. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturers' products, or may be found on their respective web sites. Please contact Tampa Pro Shop prior to returning any merchandise for warranty consideration.

Damaged Goods

If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify Tampa Pro Shop at once. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim.
